How To Watch Videos While On Call

If I'm on a call, videos I typically scout from websites in a browser volition non play. I upgraded from s6 to the s10 and I never had this effect on the 6. I cannot practise both at the aforementioned time. Verizon network. Thx

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to admission the web for other things while also on a telephone call? Did you go your S10 from Verizon directly, or did you bring it to Verizon from a different carrier?

Not sure merely maybe the newer android framework inverse the behaviour.... My videos too cease during a phone telephone call....i practise separate screen and so press play after the call is connected and then it works, although the quality sounds degraded considering it out using the handset profile.

I'll have to pay attention to my devices behaviour side by side fourth dimension I get a call while watching a video. I'm as well trying empathise why it's of import to do both at the same time unless I'm misunderstanding the issue.

Yes I tested it.....can't play videos during calls. I dont recall ever being able to do that. I as well can't think of a situation where that would affair unless I was discussing the video with the person I was talking to.

I can't get information technology to work with the dissever screen. This is pretty annoying and I tin't seem to find this topic anywhere. Bummer

My outset thought was that information technology wouldn't allow playback because it needs the speaker and/or it wouldn't want the video audio to bleed into the call, but I'm with Mike Dee on this i. What's the purpose? I mean i or the other is going to be at to the lowest degree somewhat ignored and portions missed, then I have to either rewatch a video or go along asking my caller, can you say that again? Maybe B. Diddy has the answer and the caller but isn't important or interesting enough to talk to. Texting works with video playback... Just throwing that out in that location.

My girl likes to talk and I don't want to be rude and so I likewise want to sentinel videos while on the phone. It's ever been possible in the by . Shame information technology's non now

I'1000 able to sentry video (tested on YouTube) while on a call. No sound from the video though.
Settings are ticked for apoear on top of other apps, and pip is on. Running nine.0 on an S9plus.

I feel like this is expected behavior and if y'all were able to do information technology on a past device it was actually a bug.
